| EVA Air Launches Self-Print Boarding Pass Service |
Passengers looking to streamline their departure from Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport can now do so by printing their own boarding passes at home or at the office, bypassing the need for a traditional check-in. The self-print boarding pass service was launched on Jul.15, 2010 and is available to EVA Air and UNI Air passengers who have already completed online check-in. The service applies to international departures to all destination except the US and Australia.
After checking in online, passengers are given the option of printing out a boarding pass on plain A4 paper. VIP lounge access (if applicable) will also be indicated on the boarding pass. For more details, please click here.

| Revised the Procedure of On-line Service Application and Effective Date of Nominee Register |
- The procedure of On-line service application is revised
From now on, members who have registered valid e-mail address will receive notification after they fill out the On-line Service Form with passport copy and pass it to local Evergreen Club service center for process. Upon receiving the notification, please follow the instruction to log in “Members-Only Area” and select “On-line Service” webpage to complete the application. After the on-line service function has been opened, you can apply nominee register and mileage or electronic upgrade certificate transfer/return at “Members-Only Area” immediately.

From now on, the effective date of Nominee Register is changed to 5 days after the nominee registration.

To better serve the needs of Elite class passengers, EVA Air will open a dedicated Elite Class check-in counter at Taoyuan International Airport on April 1, 2010. The location will be next to the special service check-in counter, area 6A of the departure floor of Terminal 2, Taoyuan International Airport.

| EVA Air Provides Check-in Counter Service at THSR Taoyuan Station |
EVA Airways will commence operation of its check-in counter service at the Taiwan High-Speed Rail (THSR) Taoyuan Station on March 01 2010. Passengers who fly with us can complete their check-in procedures, including baggage check-in and boarding pass print-out at the THSR Taoyuan Station, which means passengers no longer need to carry any check-in baggage from THSR Taoyuan Station to Taoyuan International Airport.
Tips of using THSR check-in service:
1. Location: at the Taiwan High-Speed Rail (THSR) Taoyuan Station Lobby level;
between EXIT 6 and 7
2. Service hours: daily 07:00 - 22:00
3. Service deadline: 90 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time
