Members can earn mileage by flying EVA Air and its partner airlines, and through participating hotels, car rental agencies and credit card companies ..., etc.
1. Flight Miles ─ Can be credited toward membership upgrades and renewals
- Mileage earned on EVA Air and UNI Air international flights will be credited toward membership upgrades and renewals.
2. Bonus Miles ─ Can not be credited toward membership upgrades and renewals
- Bonus Miles earned through promotional offers and with travel partners can not be credited toward membership upgrades and renewals. But it can be redeemed only through the award program.

Note 2: The Actual mileage is based on TPM (TICKETED POINT MILEAGE) published by IATA.
Note 3: Effective from Apr.01, 2011(flight date), mileage ratio is 90% for K class ticket with EVA Air's flight
number when taking EVA Air and All Nippon code-shared international flights operated by All Nippon.
2. The mileage and flight sector can not be earned with the following tickets:
(1) Various free or special offer tickets(Eg. Booking D/W/I class code tickets)
(2) Group tickets (Eg. Booking G class code tickets)
(3) Charter tickets
(4) Infant tickets
(5) Barter tickets
(6) Special promotion fare tickets(Eg. Booking R/H/U class code tickets)
(7) For any promotional tickets, the promotion's regulations will prevail.
3. Mileage accrual with cabin class upgrade(Booking N/O class code)
(1) The mileage record with cabin class upgrade can be credited into Evergreen Club membership
account only, it is not permitted to be transferred to other partner airlines.
(2) The mileage accumulation with cabin class upgrade is based on the actual ticket class. If there is a
mileage discrepancy happened, please kindly provide your ticket copy to Evergreen Club Service
Center for correction.
*Note: Upgrade Awards are allowed for member holding EVA Air or UNI Air ticket with booking class code
Y/M/Q/K upon airport check-in and are subject to seat availability with sufficient Electronic miles or
Electronic Upgrade Certificate. Members holding other booking class code tickets need to reserve
upgrade awards in advance. Booking class code R/H/G/U/W/I are not eligible for upgrade awards with
Electronic miles or Electronic Upgrade Certificate.
4. Members can only earn mileage credits for the same flight in one program. It is not permitted to transfer
mileage accumulated in the Evergreen Club account to any other carrier's program; nor can members transfer
mileage accumulated in another carrier's program to the Evergreen Club program.
5. Mileage will be earned as bonus miles when members issue EVA Air's ticket and make reservation for EVA
Air's flight number but operated by American Airlines or US Airways in US domestic routes.
In the case of mileage earned on American Airlines or US Airways flight, members must buy EVA Air's tickets
and make reservation for EVA Air's flight number. Please submit required documents to Evergreen Club
Service Center for corrections within 6 months of the actual date flown for credit.
For example:
If members traveled Taipei-Los Angeles(LAX)-Dallas(DFW) by using EVA Air's tickets and wanted to
accumulate LAX-DFW bonus mileage, the booking flight number for LAX-DFW should be BRxxxx instead of
AAxxxx. Please be reminded that mileage cannot be accumulated for any AA's flight number.
6. Mileage will be earned as bonus miles when members take EVA Air and All Nippon code-shared flights for
Japan domestic routes with tickets with EVA Air's flight number.
7. Mileage will be earned as bonus miles when members take Asiana Airline (effective from JUL18, 2011) or
Air China (effective from AUG01, 2011) flights, for more information , please refer to
"Earning mileage from Partners".
