Now, to give you a more comfortable travel experience, not only has EVA Air spruced up the cabin environment and service, but we are also planning a very special, healthy food selection and a line of restful beverages.

Taking the food selection on EVA Air's long-haul flights from Taipei to Vancouver as an example, this flight departs around midnight, close to the time people sleep. For this reason, after providing light repasts, EVA Air has planned a special calming beverage selection for its First Class passengers. Choices include warm Kahlua coffee cream delight, a fragrant and sweet concoction served hot with just a hint of alcohol. This will not only tempt your palate, but help you slide into dreamland too. For those passengers who do not drink alcohol, we're planned a Chinese-style sweet lotus tea flavored with ginseng. The sweet lotus acts to nourish the internal organs and can wipe away any feelings of anxiety.

During the second food service segment on flights from Taipei to San Francisco, our First Class passengers will enjoy a special Western-style invigorating cold beverage plus Chinese-style soup.

EVA Air's special suggestion this season is the invigorating strawberry energizer, using the freshest strawberries together with lemon and yogurt, teamed up with low-fat milk to produce a vibrant drink replete with vitamin C. Our Chinese-style energizing soup was designed to accommodate the Chinese habit of taking hot water or hot soup after waking up. EVA Air has selected double boiled broth beef with red and black dates as a succulent way to supplement warmth. The dish contains first-quality beef carefully stewed into a soup to warm the stomach. EVA Air cares about our passengers' health, so we make sure that every piece of beef served on board one of our flights is high-quality meat from New Zealand, Australia, or South or Central America. You can enjoy these dishes with absolute confidence, certain that we always put quality first.
