EVA Air increases US West Coast's services
and introduces B777-300ER to US market

February 17th, Taipei -- To meet increasing demand from the US West Coast market, EVA Air is to boost its services from Taipei to Los Angeles and San Francisco. The carrier is also planning additional flights to Seattle.

With the US market continuously prosperous, effective from the start of the summer schedule (March 26), EVA's Los Angeles services will be increased from 14 to 17 weekly flights. The newly-added BR02 will leave from CKS airport at 19:40 every Monday, Friday and Saturday and

arrive at Los Angeles around 16:30 the same day depending on different block hours.
EVA's existing BR32 service, operating Taipei - Seattle - New York, will partly become a Taipei - Seattle only flight, with the flight number BR26. This will leave CKS airport at 23:40 to arrive Seattle at 19:20  local time.

With effect from June 14, EVA Air's Taipei-San Francisco operation will also increase - from 11 to 12 flights a week.

EVA Air has ordered 15 B777-300ER aircraft, the first two of which are operating on the Taipei - London route. The increased cabin space and state-of-the-art on-board facilities have generated positive feedback from passengers. As more of the new aircraft are delivered, they will be introduced to routes to America - Los Angeles, Seattle, New York and San Francisco - as well as the Paris service.
