The Dutch government has announced that eco tax on flights is to be repealed for all departures from Amsterdam on or after July 1, 2009. Passengers who purchased tickets on or before March 27, 2009 are eligible for a tax refund.

• Passengers who purchased their ticket through a Dutch travel agency should apply for a refund via the travel agency.
• Passengers who used EVA Air’s website to purchase a ticket and pay the eco tax can apply for a refund on the day of departure at the EVA Air counter at Schiphol Airport (Departure Hall 3)
• If you purchased your EVA Air ticket outside The Netherlands, we ask you to contact the travel agency that issued the ticket.
