 2.Does EVA offer wheelchair service?
A:If you need wheelchair service, please advise us of your physical status, including your ability to walk some distance and negotiate stars without assistance when you make reservations. If you want to carry your own manual-powered or battery-powered wheelchair, EVA will accept it free of charge as long as it is securely packed. Full collapsible manual-powered wheelchair may be carried as your carry-on baggage, but it may be loaded in the cargo compartment at airline's discretion if there is no stowing space available in cabin. Battery-powered wheelchair can only be carried as checked baggage in the cargo compartment if the battery is disconnected, terminals are insulated and the battery is securely attached to the wheelchair, which should always be loaded in an upright position. Please check in at the airport as early as possible. For more detailed information, please contact EVA Reservations.
3.Do any special regulations apply to travel with my infant/children?
A:On EVA flight, air travel is not acceptable for healthy babies within the first seven (7) days after birth. Two infants traveling with one accompanying adult are not acceptable for travel, unless the second infant be seated in an extra seat installed with an approved car type seat. Therefore, the extra seat will be charged the same fare as children between 2~12 years of age. EVA provides some free bassinets on our flights suitable for infants up to approximately 8 months of age. There are also special regulations for accompanying more than one child over 2 years of age. Please contact EVA Reservations for more details.

A:For flight safety, only one stretcher passenger can be accepted aboard per EVA flight.
