Who will receive our travel tips and when?
Evergreen Club members and non-members who make a booking through EVA Air’s website and who have been issued a ticket will receive EVA Air’s travel tips, provided they will fly at least one international sector with EVA Air or UNI Air. Evergreen Club members who book through other channels will receive travel tips if they include their Evergreen Club membership number in the booking and have included an email address in their Evergreen Club profile. The travel tips e-mail will usually be sent three days prior to departure. Travel tips will not be sent, however, if any segments of the flight are awaiting seat confirmation.
