Who will receive our travel tips and when?
Evergreen Club members and other customers who have made a reservation through EVA Air’s online reservation service and who have been issued a ticket will receive EVA Air's travel tips, provided they will fly at least one international sector with EVA Air or UNI Air and they have supplied a valid e-mail address. The travel tips e-mail will usually be sent three days prior to the passengers’ departure, but this may vary depending on circumstances such as late seat confirmation.
